We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time.

The version that applies to your use of Our Site will be the version published on Our Site at the relevant time.

We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

Changes to these Website Terms of Use do not retrospectively alter the terms of a Contract already formed for the purchase of Goods.

4. Changes to Our Site

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw all or part of Our Site from time to time.

We do not guarantee that Our Site, or any particular Content or feature on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

Specific contractual information concerning Goods purchased from us is governed by the applicable Consumer Terms of Sale or Business Terms of Sale.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies relating to Goods which are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the applicable Contract.

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content for publication on Our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish that User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, administer and promote Our Site and British Mouldings.

We may moderate, refuse, edit or remove User Content where we reasonably consider that it breaches these terms, applicable law or the rights of another person.

Views expressed by other users are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of British Mouldings.
