The Georgian Lighting cornice 100x95mm is a small profile designed to introduce a clear architectural line within modest and medium rooms. Formed with a smooth ogee curve and refined top and bottom edges, the profile sits almost equally across the wall and ceiling to create a neatly balanced outline. This small Georgian style coving profile, traditionally referred to as cornice, includes a modified top edge developed to work alongside wall-mounted LEDs. When offset from the ceiling and paired with LEDs, the ogee shaping can produce a gentle upward wash of light that enhances the curve and introduces subtle ambient definition around the room.

This LED coving reflects the soft, timeless geometry associated with Georgian interiors. Craftsmanship & Material

Every length of the Georgian Lighting cornice 100x95mm is produced in fibrous plaster at our workshop in Norfolk. Traditional casting methods ensure the ogee curve and feature lines remain consistent along the full run whilst forming a functional coving for LED lights. Fibrous plaster provides dependable stability once installed and decorated, maintaining crisp edges that reinforce the profile’s classical character. The modified top edge is incorporated during casting to support the clean shadow line associated with lighting-led interior schemes.
