Chorleywood

This unique project in Chorleywood saw the team at British Mouldings working closely with the project architect to design, manufacture and install a set of domed plaster ceilings for a library room onsite.

The domes were first modelled in 3D by our design team with input from the project architect. The CAD model was then used to manufacture extensive tooling at our Norwich workshop to enable the dome sections’ production.

Each domed ceiling bay was manufactured in four sections and then transported to the site and installed by our highly skilled team of fibre hands.

Extensive plaster cornice, decorative ceiling roses and plaster panelling were installed throughout the rest of the property.
